Michaelangelo is the fun-loving Turtle, the "Party Dude." He helps keep the Turtles' spirits high and keeps
the group smiling even in tough situations. Mikey loves being a Ninja because it's just like being in a movie only that it
is real. Surfing and skating are a couple of things that Michaelangelo likes to do when not fighting crime. He is the Turtle
to pen probably the most famous Turtle quote, "COWABUNGA!" Mikey's weapon of choice is the Nunchakus and his favorite
color is Orange. Michaelangelo loves his pizza! Note: Spelling is "Michaelangelo" in old cartoon, movies, and pre-2001
comic books. This was originally a spelling mistake by Peter Laird and was changed to be accurate to the painter Mikey is
named after, "Michelangelo". So since 2001, it has been "Michelangelo" in the newer (Mirage TMNT vol.4
and Dreamwave) comic books and the new cartoon.
