Casey Jones is one of the Turtles' friends. He first met the Turtles a long time ago when he and Raphael got into a fight
with each other. Eventually they settled their differences and he and Raphael realized they had a lot in common. Casey doesn't
like to answer to most authority. After being fed up with punks in the streets, he took the law into his owns hands and began
to rid the area of criminals. He feels that it is important for one to take care of his or herself because no one else will.
Casey's weapons of choice range to just about any article of sporting equipment there is. Casey's favorite phrase is "Goongala,
Goongala!"
